“We shot in dumpyards, with garbage trucks. It was weird, real, and memorable. This is a special film and a positive team that’s why I’m here promoting it. You don’t see me do this often.”

Rashmika Mandanna described the on-ground experience of the film’s unconventional shoot:

“It felt like a guerilla shoot running around, capturing moments on the go. We didn’t even check the monitor. But Shekhar sir had the vision. We all poured our hearts into this film.”

Kuberaa is directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, with music by Devi Sri Prasad (DSP). The film is produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, co-produced by Vipul Agarwal and Manish Vasisth, and presented in North India by Mugafi, who is also leading its distribution across the region.
