PM Modi has also appealed to the people to participate in the e-auction of the gifts and mementos received and said that the money coming from this will be spent on the Namami Gange Mission.According to the official auction website, there are a total of 1300 items on the block, including a t-shirt of Paralympic shooter Avani Lakhera with a base price of Rs 15 lakh, a stole base price of Rs 90 lakh with signatures of Tokyo Olympic players, and a kirpan of fencer Bhavani Devi.

PV Sindhu is a world class Indian female badminton player. She is from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and is the first Indian player to win a silver medal and bronze medal in women’s singles badminton in Olympic Games, before that she has also been the national champion of India. With this, the PM said that the amount received from the e-auction will be given to the Namami Gange mission. PM Modi tweeted ‘I have received many gifts and souvenirs which are being auctioned. It also include special mementos given by our Olympic players. Do take part in the auction. The proceeds will go to the Namami Gange initiative.
